In order to complete your glasses order, one of our team will get in touch with you by phone to ask for some more details about your glasses. Once that’s all done, we’ll get them ready to send out to you.
Anyone can buy glasses from us, but we need to make sure we’ve got your prescription in order to properly tailor them to you. So to get ready for your call, there are a few things you need to do.
If you’ve got a prescription with us
We’ll confirm your details, what your glasses are used for and whether your chosen frames are suitable for your prescription.
We’ll also talk you through some of our lens extras and treatments that you might want to go for. Then when that’s all sorted, we’ll take your payment and delivery information and let you know what to expect next and when we can get your frames to you.
If you don’t have a prescription with us
No problem – we accept prescriptions from any optician. You’ll just need to have a copy of your prescription that you can send on to us (email is perfect) after our call. Make sure to have a look through the lens types and lens extras available, and if you’re going for our 2 for 1 offer, make sure you’ve picked your second pair (from our €95 and above ranges).
If you can’t get hold of your prescription, then unfortunately we won’t be able to carry on with your order, and recommend you contact your nearest store so they can best advise you.
