Internet company has ceased trading
Dear Sirs,I have two Starkey CIC Hearing Aids, one purchased from Specsavers and one from an internet company that has ceased trading. Can I come to your Hearing Aid Audiologist for programming please?
As you have found, one of the biggest risks of buying over the internet is not knowing whether the company will remain in business for the life of the hearing aids. As you got your first aid from Specsavers you are more than welcome to come back to us for Aftercare service. Please contact your local Specsavers Hearing Centre to book an appointment.
